Ingredients
- 4 Salmon Fillets
- 62.5 ml Soy Sauce
- 4 tsp sugar
- ½ Tbs White Vinegar
- ½ tsp Onion Powder
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- ¼ tsp Sesame Oil
- ¼ tsp powdered Ginger
Method
Place all the ingredients in a dish and mix together. Add the Salmon fillets and gently rub in the marinade.
Leave to rest for 30 minutes then either cook on a hot BBQ or under the grill for about 3 minutes each side depending on thickness.
