Chia Seed Crackers

These are a really quick way of making home made crackers for Cheese and Biscuits…. and they are very tasty!
1cup almond flour
1/4 cup warm water
1tbsp chia seeds
1tbsp coconut oil (or we used Rape Seed)
Spices as you like, I used a salt and pepper and 1 tsp chilli flakes
– Pour Chia seeds into cup with the warm water and leave it until absorbs all water about 10minutes. It will get gooey.
-Preheat oven to 220c
-In mixing bowl pour the rest of the ingredients and work it with your hands really well. It should look doughy.
-Roll out dough between 2 pieces of parchment paper. Make sure it’s pretty thin.
-Cut up in desired shape and bake for 10minutes or until slightly golden. (more or less depending on thickness of the crackers)
