Cauliflower buffalo wings


1 large cauliflower, cut into florets


125ml water 

70ml apple cider vinegar 

4 tbsp tomato paste 

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp tahini

2 tsp paprika

2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp cayenne powder


Mix all the sauce ingredients together in a large bowl until smooth. 

Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and mix into the sauce until the cauliflower has a good covering.

Cook in an oven or Remoska for 25-30 minutes.
