- Packet of Watercress
- 10 radishes , ideally with leaves
- ½ a cucumber
- 100 g ripe cherry tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 2tbs yoghurt
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 2 tbs of pickled jalapeño chillies
Slice the raddish and cucumber finely. Quarter the cherry tomatoes and then chop the jalepeno chillies finely.
Chop the garlic finely then add the mustard, vinegar and yoghurt to a bowl and mix together.
Put the rest of the ingredients into a bowl and pour the dressing over and mix in when you are ready to serve.
