Chocolate Sienna Cake

5oz Macademia Nuts
8oz mixed nuts (walnuts, Almonds - whatever you have)
5 oz Pitted Dates
5oz Sultanas
2oz Flour
1.5oz Cocoa Powder
2.5oz Icing Sugar
8oz Chocolate
2oz  Butter
4floz Jam

Method

Combine Nuts, dates, sultanas, flour, Cocoa powder, icing sugar.
Combine Chocolate, Butter and jam and Melt over a low heat. Stir the chocolate liquid mixture into the nuts.  Bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes (Gas mark 5 in the motorhome for 17.5 minutes, 17.5 minutes)
