Tangy Coleslaw

Another of our favourite salads which is also delicious inside Sandwiches if there is any left over!

Quantities depend on the size of the cabbage but generally for four people as a side…


1/2 small Cabbage

1 Red Onion

1 Red Pepper

1 Tbsp Mayonaise

1/2 Tbs Dijon Mustard

1 Tsp Red Wine Vinegar

and a few drops of chilli suace


Chop the Cabbage, Red onion and pepper and put in a bowl. Mix the Mayonaise, Mustard, Red Wine Vinegar and Chilli Sauce together in a small pot and then add to the vegetables to give it a nice coat but not too much as you don’t want to loose the fresh crunchiness.
