Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 2 cups (less 2 tbsp) of Oats
- 2 Tbsp of mixed seeds
- ½ cup chopped apricots or a mix of apricots and raisons
Method
- Mash the banana in a bowl, add the oats, seeds and apricots and mix well.
- Line or oil a tray and pour mix into it, pushing down firmly.
- Cook for 15 minutes @ 180 degree fan
