Artichoke, caper and cannellini bean pate

  • 1 tin artichokes
  • 1 tin cannellini beans
  • 3 teaspoons capers
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.  Taste and adjust seasoning if required.
