Cannelini and beetroot pate

ingredients

  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 tin of cannelini beans, drained
  • 200g cooked beetroot
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Put all the ingredients into a hand mixer and blend until smooth.
