Ingredients
1/2 Chicken breast filleted
1 dessert spoon Dijon Mustard
1 clove garlic
2 dessert spoon olive oil
Method
Cut or crush the garlic clove, mix the garlic, mustard and oil until it forms a paste. Put the chicken fillets onto a cling film sheet and cover with the sauce on both sides. Cook on the bar b q or in the frying pan for roughly 2-3 minutes on each side.
