BBQ Prawn Skewers


  • 30 Large peeled raw prawns
  • 1 Inch of Fresh Ginger
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 Clove of Garlic, Chopped
  • Olive Oil


Peel the ginger and finely chop it.  Add the chopped garlic and lime juice and mix together.

Add the Prawns and marinade for about 5 minutes.

Use the olive oil to baste the BBQ to minimalize sticking, then cook on a hot BBQ for roughly 2 minutes each side.
