Ingredients
- ½ red onion diced
- 1 tomato deseeded and diced
- 10 cm piece cucumber
- Handful coriander (cilantro)
- 4 tbsp natural yoghurt
- Pinch black pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
Instructions
- Mix everything together in a bowl.
- Taste and if necessary add more spices, salt or pepper.
