Ingredients
- 5g salt
- 5g baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 13g chia seeds
- 13g nigella seeds
- 26g flaxseed
- 26g pumpkin seeds
- 26g sunflower seeds
- 200g oats
- 300g Cottage cheese
Method
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and bring together.
- Put grease proof baking sheet in a tray and place the mixture in the dough form that you want.
- Bake at 180C for 1 hour. Or 45 minutes in the Remoska, uncovered. Then 25 minutes covered. (Total 1hr 10mins)
