No flour Seed and Cottage Cheese bread

Ingredients

  • 5g salt
  • 5g baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 13g chia seeds
  • 13g nigella seeds
  • 26g flaxseed
  • 26g pumpkin seeds
  • 26g sunflower seeds
  • 200g oats
  • 300g Cottage cheese

Method

  • Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and bring together. 
  • Put grease proof baking sheet in a tray and place the mixture in the dough form that you want.
  • Bake at 180C for 1 hour.  Or 45 minutes in the Remoska, uncovered.  Then 25 minutes covered. (Total 1hr 10mins)
