Ingredients
- 75g light brown sugar
- 2 lemons, zest and juice
- 3 sticks cinnamon
- 400g fresh or frozen cranberries
Method
- Add all the ingredients to the pan and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Then simmer for 5 minutes or until tender but holding their shape. Leave to cool in the pan. (frozen cranberries will take longer than fresh). Refrigerate until needed, it will thicken as it cools.
