Ingredients
- 60g fresh coriander
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1.5 tsp chilli flakes
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp sugar / fermented honey
- 2 ½ tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
Method
- Add all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until a fine pulp, ensuring everything is well incorporated.
- Place in a sterilised jar and this can be stored in the fridge until required… or just eat it straight away.
