Coriander, chilli and garlic relish – Prashad

Ingredients

  • 60g fresh coriander
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1.5 tsp chilli flakes
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp sugar / fermented honey
  • 2 ½ tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil

Method

  • Add all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until a fine pulp, ensuring everything is well incorporated.
  • Place in a sterilised jar and this can be stored in the fridge until required… or just eat it straight away.
