Coriander, Chilli and Garlic Relish – Prashad

Ingredients

  • 50 – 60g fresh coriander
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp chilli flakes
  • 2/3 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2/3 tsp salt
  • 2/3 tsp sugar
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • 3 tsp olive oil

Method

Add coriander, garlic, chilli flakes, cumin seeds, salt, sugar, oil and lemon juice to a blender and whizz until a fine pulp, ensuring that all ingredients are well mixed in.

Put the mix into a sterilized pot in the fridge and this can be stored until required.
