Ingredients
- 50 – 60g fresh coriander
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp chilli flakes
- 2/3 tsp cumin seeds
- 2/3 tsp salt
- 2/3 tsp sugar
- 20ml lemon juice
- 3 tsp olive oil
Method
Add coriander, garlic, chilli flakes, cumin seeds, salt, sugar, oil and lemon juice to a blender and whizz until a fine pulp, ensuring that all ingredients are well mixed in.
Put the mix into a sterilized pot in the fridge and this can be stored until required.
