- 150g peas, defrosted
- 100g cottage cheese
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ tsp pepper
- 25g parmesan cheese
Put 100g of the peas and everything else into the mixer and whizz until mixed well. Add the other 50g and give a couple of short pulses on the mixer to leave a slight rustic feel.
Leave in fridge until ready to use.
