- 2 fresh chillis, finely sliced
- 1 red or yellow pepper, finely chopped
- 2 spring onions, finely sliced
- 3 tomatoes, finely chopped
- ¼ cucumber, seeds removed and finely chopped
- 1 lime, zested and juiced
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- Handful of fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and black pepper to season
Add all the ingredients except salt and pepper into a bowl and mix to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper
