Ingredients
- 100 g frozen peas
- 1/2 large cooking apple
- 60g coriander
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tsp fermented honey
- 2 fresh green chilies
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Method
- Blitz the peas apple and coriander to a medium texture in a blender or food processor.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blitz together to a coarse slightly runny texture
- Scoop into the sterilised glass jar making sure the lid is firmly closed to ensure that it is airtight.
- Store in the fridge until needed
